What software do you use ?

I work on Photoshop and Illustrator with a Wacom Intuos3 A3 Wide DTP, and sometimes Procreate. I use mainly Kyle’s brushes.

What materials do you use ?

Watercolors and Ink

I mainly use Dr Ph.Martin’s Hydrus Fine Art Watercolors, but I sometimes use Winsor&Newton watercolors. I also use Dr Ph.Martin’s Bleedproof White and Black Star Matte India Ink.

For sketching, I use a Koh I Noor television blue/red pencil, Faber Castell graphite pencils, and a Towbow Dust Catch eraser.

My favorite color pencils are the Faber Castell Polychromos.

I use Mimik Kolinsky Synthetic Sable short handled paint brushes.

What does your process look like ?

I always start by sketching my illustrations on paper. This is how I choose the composition and pick my colors. Then I scan the sketch.

If it’s going to be a mixed media illustration, I trace the lines in the colors I want digitally, then print it on a watercolors paper, and paint it. I then scan it again and finish small details digitally.

If it’s a traditional illustration, I use a lightbox to reproduce my sketch on a watercolors paper, then I paint it and use color pencils to finish.

Do you take commissions ?

Yes ! You can order them on my shop !

Can I get a tattoo of your art ? Is there a fee ?

Of course ! As long as it isn’t a tattoo design that I have made for someone else, you’re good to go. Just be sure that you and your tattoo artist give me credits when sharing on social medias, tagging @spacedoutglitch. There’s no fee, but you can make a donation if you want to, by clicking the “Donate” button at the top of the page !
